What You Receive

One business location’s editable page on the Barchamped website, with your description, externally hosted photo, website, menu and booking links; one active offer with an expiration and code; and a portal report for the last 30 days of page requests, link clicks and owner-recorded redemptions. These member tools are web-based. Native-app placement, featured-event advertising, automatic reservations, verified sales attribution and guaranteed attendance are not included.

Price And Activation

$29 per calendar month for your first three paid membership periods, then $39 per month. Each period runs from its activation date to the corresponding date in the following month. Barchamped verifies the business and the applicant’s authority, helps you test the tools, and agrees a start date before requesting payment. Use only the payment instructions confirmed by hello@barchamped.com. Your application alone creates no payment obligation.

No Automatic Billing

Pay each month manually through the confirmed Barchamped business Venmo or PayPal account. Barchamped verifies the received amount and transaction reference before activation. Renewals can be recorded during the final seven days and extend from your current expiry. We do not store payment credentials or automatically charge your account. The public member page and offer become unavailable when the paid period ends; you retain portal access to your records.

Cancellation And Refunds

To stop renewing, do not make another payment. Your existing benefits continue through the paid period. Contact hello@barchamped.com to request early removal, report a duplicate payment, or request a refund. Duplicate or mistaken payments and service failures will be reviewed; any agreed refund is returned through the original payment provider. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Your Content And Offers

You must be authorized to represent the business and have rights to the content and photos you publish. Keep offers accurate and clearly state conditions and expiration. Do not publish sensitive personal information. Barchamped may remove unlawful, misleading or abusive content. Membership does not buy verification, favorable reviews or guaranteed customers.

Reports And Privacy

Views and clicks count requests, deduplicated per network address per hour. They may include automated traffic and are not unique visitors or confirmed sales. Redemptions are manually recorded by the business owner. We use a one-way keyed hash of network addresses for deduplication; raw addresses are not stored in membership action records.
