Who may use Barchamped
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the app. You are responsible for activity associated with your account.
Venue information
Barchamped helps users discover venues and events, but venues are independently owned and operated. Hours, prices, dress expectations, event details, wait times, and availability can change. Confirm important details directly with the venue before traveling or making a purchase.
Ratings, reviews, and recommendations
You keep ownership of content you submit. By posting it, you allow Barchamped to display, format, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. Your contribution must be truthful, first-hand, lawful, and consistent with the Community Guidelines.
Sponsored placements
Businesses may pay to promote venues or events. Paid placements are labeled. Sponsorship does not determine community ratings or guarantee that a venue will meet a user's preferences.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the service at scale, manipulate ratings, post unlawful content, or use Barchamped to harm another person or business.
Changes and availability
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to operate the service, protect the community, or comply with law.
Safety
Use your own judgment when visiting a venue or event. Barchamped is not an emergency service and does not provide transportation, security, alcohol, food, or event operations.
