Delete Your Account In The App
- Open Barchamped and select Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the notice and confirm deletion.
Request Deletion By Email
If you cannot access the app, email support@barchamped.com with the subject “Barchamped Account Deletion Request.” Include the display name used in the app and enough information for us to locate the account. Do not send passwords, financial information, or identification documents unless our support team specifically requests them.
What Is Deleted
Deletion removes the Barchamped profile, pseudonymous account identifier, ratings, reviews, venue recommendations, content reports, blocked-user choices, saved places, private outing confirmations, milestone badges and point awards, and associated promotion-interaction records connected to the account.
What May Be Retained
Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms. These records are kept only for the period required for those purposes and are not used to restore the deleted account.
Processing Time
In-app deletion is initiated immediately. Email requests are processed after we verify that the request belongs to the account holder.
